Mary Bonina will join other poet friends who were students in a Worcester County Poetry Association/National Endowment for the Arts funded workshop in 1974, taught by venerable poet and political activist, Denise Levertov. The poets will read their own work and honor in memoriam, Levertov as well as poet Christopher Gilbert, who had also been a member of the workshop. The event, which is free and open to all, celebrates as well the 40th anniversary of the Worcester Review, beginning with a wine and cheese reception. For more information, please follow this link.
